We are a group of kids (ages 8-12) and adults working together to help other kids get the mental health support they need!
We’re here to make sure kids have a voice:
To make mental health services better for children and youth
To help stop people from being afraid or ashamed to talk about mental health
To encourage everyone to feel good and stay healthy
Together, we can make sure every child and youth gets the help they deserve!

Family Engagement

The Regional Children’s Centre (RCC) at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare (HDGH) is committed to working collaboratively with children, youth, families, and caregivers to enhance our services. We recognize that parents and caregivers have a unique perspective, expertise, and understanding of how things work, which can only be gained from lived experience.

We strive to embed family engagement practices throughout the organization by actively listening to and learning from clients, family members, and caregivers.

A committee of caregivers and community partners working to enhance treatment experiences across the children and youth mental health system. Meets during the day, quarterly.
